Warranty
Did you know that we will replace any implant or component, subject to some simple T&C’s , if it fails for any reason within a five year period from the invoice date?
So, if the implant does not integrate, simply send it back with a simple report (MDR report) and we will replace it like for like and without charge other than the postage. If a component breaks the same applies.
So how can we offer such a confident warranty? Quite simple, 3 years (to date) and thousands of implants we have had to replace very little.
Does this tell you something? We know the system works extremely well. How many others are that confident?
Terms & Conditions
In the unlikely event of implant failure we will replace the implant without charge to the dentist subject to the following conditions.
We reserve the right to only replace implants placed by adequately experienced and trained dentists.
We reserve the right to withdraw this replacement scheme for any dentist with an abnormally high rate of failure (in excess of 3%).
The implant must be returned within 7 days of failure and within 12 weeks of placement.
The failed implant must be accompanied by a properly completed MDR report. This can be downloaded from the downloads section.
This arrangement may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Replacement of the implant does not acknowledge any liability or consequential loss.
