Jason Buglass BDS
Director
Jason Buglass has been providing implant dentistry since 1993, and has placed thousands of implants since then.
He lectures in the UK, having successfully run courses teaching implant dentistry since 2000. He attends national and international congresses and is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology running a midlands based ADI group and Treasurer of the BSOI.
He is a member of the European Association of Osseointegration, is a ITI member and a fellow of The Straumann Clinic, University of Berne, Switzerland.
Julie Davies
Group Manager
Julie has considerable expertise in retail management and customer care, as well as the dental sector, which has proved an invaluable asset in growing and developing the Implantium service. Using this wealth of experience, Julie manages a dedicated and highly professional team that buys and sells the complete range of Implantium products.
She has also been instrumental in establishing and growing the Implantium Network, our match-making service which helps place patients looking to get an implant fitted with skilled dentists in their local area.
Debbie Snelson
Dentale Training
Debbie has more than 20-years experience working in education and training, spanning both the public and private sectors, and a variety of industries. She came on board at Dentale in 2008 following a successful spell as National Training Manager for the English Federation of Disability Sport, and is now responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ongoing expansion of Dentale’s group of training clinics. With a proven track record of not only managing, but devising innovative and effective training and education programmes, Debbie and her team will continue to ensure Dentale delivers the highest quality service for both dentists and patients.
Emma Williams
Clinical Implant Advisor
Emma has been a qualified dental nurse for nine years, specialising in implant nursing for the past six.
Her role as a member of Implantium's conversion team sees her getting out and about visiting dental practices and assisting them with the placing and
restoring of implants.
Laura Pugh
Clinical Customer Advisor
Laura has been qualified for 3 years and working as an implant nurse at Dentale using the Implantium system for 18months, since qualifying Laura has also achieved her radiography qualification.
She also works as part of the Implantium sales/conversion team which allows her to help with the smooth change over to the Implantium system for dentists within their own practice
In her spare time she enjoy walking, socialising and has a passion for fashion!
Rachel Thomas
Conversion
Rachel has been a dental nurse for 10 years and an implant nurse for nearly 3 years. She is currently the Head Nurse at our Dentale training clinic. The clinic is extremely busy, placing in excess of 1000 implants a year. Her main role is to make sure all of the surgeries run smoothly, carrying out nursing duties and fully supporting our team of nurses and dentists who attend our courses. Her hobbies outside work are horse riding, walking her dogs and enjoying the country life.
Hannah Davies
Conversion
Hannah qualified in 2008 as a dental nurse and worked for 2 years in general dentistry prior to pursuing a career in implant dentistry. This year Hannah successfully completed her dental radiography qualification and also heads up a team of nurses at Oracle Dental Clinics.
Karen Pike
Customer Service Advisor
Karen has been a member of the team for just over a year and is responsible for selling and distributing Implantium products, as well as helping to coordinate referrals via the Implantium Network. Before joining Implantium, Karen spent 12 months in Toronto, Canada where she was responsible for managing the stock inventories for large warehouses across the country.
Amanda
Customer Service Advisor
Amanda has been part of the Implantium team since 2010. She has previously worked in the customer service industry for many years which has given her extensive customer care experience. She now works as an Implantium Sales Advisor and enjoys reading and shopping!
Rachel
Sales Advisor
Rachael joined the Implantium team in 2010 after graduating Liverpool John Moores University with a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Clinical Research. She is currently a sales advisor for Implantium and subsidiary business Loupes 4 Less. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, painting and travelling.
